How we hire

A small, senior team — built for institutional accountability

We are deliberately compact: 47 professionals total, with 11 partners owning 100% of the firm. No analysts hand off your file to other analysts. The partner you meet runs your engagement.

Partner ownership

100% of the firm is owned by active partners. No outside shareholders, no parent group pushing in-house product.

Sector specialists

Each partner owns a sector vertical: energy, petrochemicals, mining, ICT, legal, manufacturing, research, and IR. No generalist hand-offs.

Senior-led delivery

Every engagement has a named lead partner and a named backup partner. Your file is never delegated below partner level for strategy decisions.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many partners will I work with?+

A primary partner (your sector specialist) and a backup partner. For complex multi-sector mandates we may add a third partner. You always know who to call.

What languages does the team cover?+

Across the team we work in Farsi, English, Arabic, German, French, Italian, Swedish, Korean, Russian, and Mandarin. Sworn translators available for additional languages.

Where are you physically based?+

Headquarters in Tehran, with permanent presence in Dubai (DIFC) and visiting offices in Zurich and Singapore for client meetings.

Can I meet the team before signing an engagement letter?+

Yes. Every prospective client gets a 60-minute call with the proposed lead partner at no cost and no commitment, before any paperwork.

How We Work

How an engagement team is assembled and who does the work

Every mandate is staffed with a named engagement lead who stays with you from scoping to completion, an in-country specialist who deals with registries, regulators and counterparties in Persian, and external counsel or auditors retained for the specific technical questions your file raises. You always know which named person owns each deliverable.

What you receive regardless of mandate size

  • A written engagement letter setting scope, deliverables, fees and exclusions before work begins
  • A dated project plan with milestone owners
  • Documents delivered in English, with certified Persian translations where a filing requires them
  • Escalation to a second partner if you are not satisfied with the engagement lead
  • A closing handover pack so your internal team can operate the entity without us

Frequently asked questions

Who will actually be working on my file?

A named engagement lead plus an in-country specialist, supported by retained counsel and financial specialists brought in for specific questions. The engagement letter names the lead before work starts.

Do you work in languages other than English?

Yes. Client-facing work is delivered in English, Spanish and French, and all in-country filings, regulator meetings and counterparty negotiations are handled in Persian by our in-country team.

Can you work alongside our existing lawyers or auditors?

Routinely. We often act as the in-country arm for an investor’s existing international counsel, handling registry work, regulator engagement and local diligence while your advisers retain the lead role.
