USD 80,000 to USD 180,000 all-in for an experienced bilingual hire, depending on sector and company scale. We provide a benchmarked compensation report at the start of every search.
Can foreign nationals serve as legal representative?+
Yes, with a valid work and residency permit. The representative is named in the Companies Registration Office filing and is accountable to the Iranian authorities — we structure the role to limit personal exposure.
How does Iran Labour Law affect notice and severance?+
Indefinite contracts attract one month's salary per year of service as end-of-service entitlement. Notice periods are statutory. We design contracts that are enforceable and predictable on both sides.
Do you run payroll yourselves?+
