The “Ascribed Achievements” will be compete in Graduation film section in which 50 animated features from 20 countries such as France, America, Germany, England, Iran, China, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Finland, Estonia, Taiwan and Costa Rica will participate.
“Ascribed Achievements” is about a man who is dissatisfied with his hereditary appearance decides to end his life. But his failed suicide creates a new situation in his life.
“Yal Va Koopal” will be compete in short film section in which 100 films from 48 countries will participate.
“Yal Va Koopal” is about a young girl's repressed emotions and instincts are embodied in some animals that come out of her dreams. However, no one in her family is receptive to these animals.
Annecy International Animation Film Festival will be held June 12-17, 2017 in France.
