TEHRAN (FNA)- Eight women and four children, who had been held prisoner by militant groups for two years in Idlib province, were freed as a part of an exchange prisoners between the Damascus government and militants. The Syrian Army and militant groups also agreed to allow over 3,500 gunmen leave four towns Northwest of Damascus in return for the evacuation of 8,000 civilians from the two Shiite-populated towns of Fua'a and Kafraya in the Northwestern Province of Idlib in several phases.
